Luckily the furniture was gone. But a huge mess just the same.

The sheetrock at the bottom of most of the walls had to be removed as well as all the carpet and laminate flooring.
This was the culprit along with extra cold temps. This elbow was located above the ceiling in the master bath.
The laminate flooring had to be replaced also.
The real estate agent said there was about 6 inches of water in the Materbath and it went thru the whole house.
