We first went to Pioneer Park in Salt Lake City. I had never been there before.
This statue is for the Pony Express

I think it would be neat to see this mill when they have water running in it.

Most of the leaves in the valley have turned colors or are already fallen off the trees. The location of Pioneer Park, located on the bench must be in a thermal belt because many of the trees are still green.
I hadn't even thought about the Donner Party coming thru this valley on their way to California.

The afternoon at the Salt Lake City Zoo.

I didn't notice that when I took the pictures of the cougar that the camera focused on the fence.
The Penquins were out in the open area

She is a cutie. She looks so intently into your eyes.
